Measuring temperature with RTD sensor

Hi guys,

I am a beginner of Labview.

I am measuring temperature on a surface in my machine, using RTD sensor, 

But I dont know which hardware device I need to use to connect with RTD sensor 

or directly connect RTD sensor with SCB-68A?

Please guide me. See the picture.
