Swapping the first and second Ethernet ports on cRIO 9074

Hello all,

We have several cRIO 9074 chassis, and it looks like Ethernet Port 1 on one of them is not well. It's been working fine for many years, and suddenly NI MAX and our applications cannot connect to it. The lights on the port are solid, not blinking, so no data are coming or going. I know that Ethernet Port 2 is intended for a private network connection (EtherCAT, etc), but I was wondering if it's possible to make Port 2 the public port (that connects to the host machine)? I looked through the setting of the other 9074s that we have, and did not see any setting that allows that.

Or if someone has any troubleshooting ideas, that would be very much appreciated.
