Transfering a Simulink MATLAB code to ComapctRIO desktop

Hi

I have made a controller using MATLAB Simulink , now i need to transfer this controller to my CompactRIO real time desktop , but i donot know how should i do it ,,,,,,,, I Know that Simulation Interface Toolkit can convert MATLAB Simulink codes to Labview codes , but this toolkit only can convert codes for using in Normal PC´s and these codes can not be used in CompactRIO desktop. I should mention that I need my controller work in real time and because of that i need to transfer these codes to CompactRIO.
