 Dear experienced users.

what is a recommented third-party NI suported SBC

I want to use SBC work with LabVIEW RTOS/ LabVIEW.

1. Which economical SBC that support LabVIEW RTOS with ni-imaq and VISA for serial?
with ...........
LabVIEW RTOS supported
fairly cheap price.
High Speed CPU is fairly high (about 500MHz) because of running Image processing
small size (less than 12 x 10 cm) and weight (less than 500 g)
1-2 : serial (232, 485(option))
1 : IEEE 1394 (if NI imaq required only Gig or IEEE)
1 : USB ( if usb camera is available for LabVIEW RTOS)
1 : Intel 825.. Lan ( for LabVIEW RTOS supported)

Check out www.boston-engineering.com  I understand this line was developed at NI and licensed to BE for production.

Hi Kittipong Yaovaja,

Have you considered the NI Compact Vision System  or NI Embedded Vision System ?  These products run a RTOS and are designed to support image acquisition.

"The NI Compact Vision System and NI Embedded Vision System are real-time machine vision systems that combine industrial camera connectivity, open communication, and rugged, fanless designs. The NI Embedded Vision System, which acquires images in real time from multiple IEEE 1394 and GigE Vision cameras and processes them with multicore performance, is ideal for machine vision applications such as high-speed sorting, assembly verification, and packaging inspection. Featuring a smaller form factor, the NI Compact Vision System acquires and processes images from IEEE 1394 cameras.  "

I hope this helps
