Channel Reciprocity Measuring using USRP

I want to measure and compare the channel of the uplink and downlink in TDD system.But I don't know how to keep synchronization between the trasmitter and receiver.Also I want to know how to control the transmitting time acurately.Has anyone ever done something about this?

Yes.  The Massive MIMO Application Framework incorporates reciprocity calculation as part of the open and customizable source code.
