I would advice that you download Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite

It has an example project of how to use LabVIEW to do a balancing solution.

If you are new to LabVIEW and you are putting together this type of system, I would recommend that you look at working with a systems integrator.  The company I work for, Signal.X Technologies, specializes in noise and vibration testing for rotating machinery.  You can check out our integrator profile at www.ni.com/signalx.  We have done a number of balancing solutions, and have a lot of experience in this area.
