Error in downloading systemlink client

Hello,

I am trying to install systemlink client but the install gets stopped by the following error (also picture):

An error occurred while installing a package: ni-sysmgmt-salt-minion-support (22.8.0.49187-0+f35)

Additional error information:
An error occurred while installing the MSI at 'nisysmgmt_salt_minion_servicei.msi'.

I could not find anyone with a similar problem.
