What functionality does the following Block Diagram Function provide?

a)      Returns a Boolean indicating that the SubVI or section of a block diagram, containing the Function, is running for the first time.

b)      Returns an empty path.

c)       Generates an occurrence that you can pass to the ‘Wait on Occurence’ and ‘Set Occurrence’ functions.

d)      Returns a path whose value is <Not A Path>.
