I tried simulating it, ans is A. I'm not sure how did you get that answer, have a look at the limits if not post your VI snap shot here.

People here can help where exactly you went wrong?

Hi its my mistake... Numeric 2 and numeric 3 are interchanged and I dint observe it...

Can anyone explain this Quetion's answer by logic execution???

The black diamond at the top tells us that the upper limit, 6, is include, and the blank diamond at the bottom tells us that the lower limit, 4, not is include. So in range will be true if: 4 < X =< 6.
