Assuming that Waveform Chart is initially clear (empty of data), what are the contents of Waveform Chart following the first execution of the VI?

Answer is "D"

Builds a [6,4] arrary each time it runs. The inner loop is creates the columns [0,1,2,3] each iteration which creates the amplitude data.

Each outer loop is the row, but the row index starts at "0" so the time axis goes from 0 to 5.

I have one doubt, Waveform Chart is plotting Columns of 2D array But Waveform Graph is plotting row of 2D array?

If you right click on the graph or chart, you should see an option like "Auto Transpose". This should be turned on for the chart.
