Assuming the folder C:\Users\Tester\Documents\The Daily CLAD exists.  What is the value of Numeric Value Out following execution of the VI?

Where is the option for 0 because I will get an error since that directory does not exist?

Spoiler
Yes, I have to throw in an issue somehow.

I wouldn't have it any other way.  Smiley Wink

Is the number of bytes read platform dependent?  Would it have been 20 if run on OS X or Linux or am I missing something else?

I see you've been badged.

Yep.  First I heard were the emails from Accent turning up, I am not sure if NI publicised it at all?  It seems like a reasonable idea but only time will tell.  The process has been painless for me so far so no complaints.  Ultimately I think its usefulness will be determined by the uptake.

I would prefer it if I could choose to include a signature with a post, having the same one each and every time generates noise.  I will get bored soon enough, remove it and save the community some space.  Smiley Happy

Bruce, yes it will be platform dependent.

If there was an option with 21, I would have failed the answer

Can Anyone please explain how it'll come like 23?? And one more doubt is how "get file size" give output?? By depends bytes in file or what??

@Hari_krishnan check the link How LabVIEW Stores Data in Memory

Each character takes 1Byte. There are 17 characters so 17 Bytes, Write to text file adds Carriage Return(1 Byte) and Line Feed (1Byte) to each row.

So, 17+2*3 = 23 Bytes.

Thank you for this one.

Until today I had never noticed that the Write To Text File took an array input. That's worth knowing

Answer: C, nice one all.

Apologies for my usual Windows centric attitude.  I must try harder to be more inclusive.
