Roborio 1 MXP port error

We have a RoboRio 1.0 whose MXP port does not work at all.

In addition, when connecting the CTRE CANcoder, it's not working as well.

This is Nahuel from NI, in this case, could you kindly share the method and testing approach we utilized to determine the malfunction of the MXP port?

Hi Nahuel,
I connected the navX2-MXP directly into the MXP port. The device did not power on, while on other RoboRIOs it sure did. In addition to verify it wasn't a malfunction with the navX, I connected another one (a new one), and once again the device was not responsive.

I vacuumed the port and used compressed air to ensure that there are no metal flakes causing any shorts, but it did not help at all.
