SD Slot Failure

We just got back from our first ever competition, and our RoboRIO SD card slot failed. It will not hold cards in. We had to borrow another unit from spare parts to be able to compete. Its is our rookie year, and we just got the unit in our kit of parts. Can we get a replacement for this unit?

Just a couple of questions to make sure I understand what you're seeing.

"It will not hold cards in."  For clarity, does this mean you've tried multiple cards or just the one that came with it?  

If just the one that came with it, have you removed the white sticker from the SD card before trying to put it back in?  If no, please try that and let me know what happens.

The card that came with it does not have a sticker on it. We have only used the card that came with it.
