Here's a list of the tips and tricks I shared at our user group meeting:
Ctrl-Scroll Wheel: cycles through cases of case structures, event structures, etc.
Ctrl-Mouse Over -> Left Click: switch the inputs on a two input node
Alt[0176]: °
Alt[0181]: µ
Ctrl-Double Click on SubVI: opens front panel and block diagram
Quick Drop: Use it!
Ctrl-I: insert
Ctrl-P: replace
Ctrl-R: remove & rewire
Ctrl-Shift on white block diagram: pan whole block diagram
Ctrl-Shift-N: navigation window
Magnifier Tool in Windows (Garth)
