How to set-up Simulink 2008a x64 to work with Veristand 2010?

Hi,

I have a Win7 64 bits machine with Simulink 2008a 64 bits.

I can not use it with VS 2010 (no VS server message when Matlab is started and the VS tlc is not included as an option).

Veristand was installed after Simulink.

Is there a patch to set Simulink 64 bits to work with VS 2010?

Cheers,

Hi Mauro,

These are different questions.

Win 7 and Simulink 2008a are supported according the article that your have indicated but I can not use it because VS tlc is not included as an option.

I am using VeriStand 2010 and Simulink 2008a in Win XP 32 bits to compile models without any kind of problems.

Cheers,

Hi,

I tried to use the procedure provided by Stephen to set Simulink 32 bits in Win XP in the Win 64 environment.

addpath('C:\VeriStand');
NIVeriStandAddPaths;

But I got the following messages:

NI VeriStand: Added paths for NI VeriStand 2010
??? Undefined function or variable 'NIVeriStandServer'.

Error in ==> NIVeriStandAddPaths at 86
NIVeriStandServer;
Error in ==> matlabrc at 295
NIVeriStandAddPaths;

What can I do to solve this issue?

Cheers,
