  • Provide on-aircraft test support, ensuring the smooth execution of testing procedures and accurate data acquisition.
  • Embrace the opportunity to travel and work hands-on in a dynamic testing environment, assisting in hardware development, integration, and troubleshooting.

  • Proven experience in software development using LabVIEW, with a strong understanding of data acquisition systems.
  • Proficiency in additional programming languages for analysis and data reduction tool development (e.g., Python, C++, MATLAB).
  • Familiarity with test instrumentation and testing environments and sensor calibration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a small team environment.
  • Passion for aviation and an interest in flight testing.
  • In-person or limited hybrid work is required due to the hardware integration and testing requirements.
  • Ability to travel (domestic and international) to support on-site testing and collaborate with external stakeholders.

Location:

Our office is situated on Whidbey Island, Washington State, on our own airport. The beautiful surroundings and proximity to the greater Seattle area make it an ideal location for both work and leisure activities. Commuting from off-island is also feasible for those who prefer it.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. As a valued member of our team you will participate in a profit-sharing plan and receive ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and expertise.

Join us in a diverse working environment surrounded by accomplished engineers, and contribute to our respected leadership in the field of large aircraft testing and certification.
