NIWeek 2009 Including New Technical Summits

NIWeek 2009 is coming up on the horizon. If you've never been to this event, you've never been in a room with 3,000 LabVIEW programmers while the inventors of LabVIEW reminisce about LabVIEW 1.0 on a vintage Mac, you've never had to choose from hundreds of technical sessions presented by NI Engineers and partners, and you've never partied in downtown Austin Texas with 3,000 other engineers.

If you've been to NIWeek before, you know about the excitement that the event brings. You know about the relationships you build with engineers from around the world- including NI Engineers who just might be your best line of support the next time you need a new feature in LabVIEW. You know about products we are working on, years before they become publicly announced.

This year, NIWeek is adding a Mil/Aero Summit for discussions among engineers specifically from this industry. We'll talk about challenges unique to testing within this industry and NI product managers will solicit feedback from you about what you need to see in our products to better serve your industry. We'll also hold Summits for RF, Vision, and Robotics. In fact, Dean Kamen will be the keynote speaker at the Robotics Summit.

To register for NIWeek, visit http://www.ni.com/niweek/. Pricing for NIWeek has been reduced significantly this year, so it may be the best time ever to attend this exciting conference.

If you do register for NIWeek, let me know (steve.summers@ni.com). I can give you recommendations on hotels and set up meetings with NI engineers for private discussions.
