Personally, thanks to this article, I now understand much better why exactly I never liked the C++/Java/C# "kind" of OOP (which LVOOP really is) and why I instantly fell in love with the actor model when I learned about its existence and created my LabHSM and EDQSM long before LVOOP, let alone AF.
