Hello Ilublessing,

Can you ellaborate a bit more on what exactly you are trying to achieve here. The WSN 9791 and the nodes do not have the capability of displaying time or date information

Hello Illublessing,

To extract the date time information you would have to use the date/time function formatted to extract the information you want using the format to string function. You can only do this in software. Both functions are on the functions palette.

The nodes get their time from the 9791.  In MAX, be sure to set the time server that the 9791 gets its time from.  When you do that, the nodes will pick up the time change on their next synchronization interval.

You can configure the Time Server in MAX by using a NTP server to set  the timestamp. The link below shows you how to go about setting  the time server in MAX.

Thanks for the solution profer, but I am still getting the old time of 1904 from the time-stamp of the node and eqaully on MAX, the last communication time of the nodes.

What you could possibly do is use a public NTP server to set the time stamp for the gateway. You can choose from a pool of servers here http://support.ntp.org/bin/view/Servers/NTPPoolServers . You can use this public NTP IP address  198.82.1.204 to set your time server. Make sure you save your setitings and reboot the gateway afterwards.

Hello IIublessing,

Have you tried using a public NTP server to set the time stamp as suggested in my last post? Did that work for you?
