LabVIEW Community:  Volunteer to Present LabVIEW Training for the FIRST Robotics Competition

VERSION 1

Created on: Nov 14, 2008 2:08 PM by Tiffany Fogarty - Last Modified:  Nov 14, 2008 2:12 PM by Tiffany Fogarty

LabVIEW Community Members:  Starting in 2009, 45,000+ high school students in the FIRST Robotics Competition will use NI CompactRIO, programmable with LabVIEW or C.  We’d like you, the LabVIEW experts, to share your LabVIEW knowledge with these students so that they can successfully program their robots with LabVIEW.

We are looking for volunteers for the following events:

January 3, 2009:  FIRST Kick-Off Events in 50 locations US and Canada

We want LabVIEW programmers to present a 1-hour LabVIEW training at the kick-off events for the 2009 season.  This requires a strong knowledge of LabVIEW,  and a commitment to attend both a web-based training session prior to the event, and the kick-off event itself.

View the list of kick-off events to see if there is one in your area. Click here!
