Hi Leo,

Though you likely have found this online, here is the link to the help manual.

LabVIEW Communications System Design Suite 1.0 Manual

http://www.ni.com/documentation/en/labview-comms/1.0/manual/labview-comms-manual/

I am not immediately aware of the reason you are not able to use the F1 key. What operating system are you running on?

When you press 'F1', does anything happen?

Regards,

Finch Train

If you use a proxy to connect to the internet, Labview cannot connect to its server such as FPGA complie server and help server.

You can install "Proxifier" to route every packet from your PC through proxy port. It works for me.

Just try installing Proxifier (http://www.proxifier.com/), add your proxy server and add rules for it like the image below. But If you don't want to use one more application just to use help function, use web instead.
