Hello, during our last competition, our RoboRio shorted out and cannot connect anymore. A mentor said it may just be the ethernet port. Could we get a replacement one shipped?

My name is Esteban Sanarrucia from NI.Could you please let me know the status of the LED light? Also, have you tried searching for any metal shavings inside the case? If you find any, you can try the following steps:

• Turn the roboRIO upside down and shake it vigorously.
• Vacuum out the ports on the roboRIO.
• Use canned air or compressed air to clear the hardware pinouts.
• Check with a flashlight for any material making contact in the port pinouts.

Hey, I just have the board with me right now, not the bot so I'm not sure how to test the LED light status. The case was fully cleaned and it still won't work.
