RoboRio 2 5V Rail Dead

During our competition this past weekend everything was going great until the worst thing possible happened. We lost ONLY the 5V power from the RoboRio 2. Everything stayed fully functional just lost 5V. This in turn shut down the power for our DIO rail and lost all control of our encoders for set positions. We found out the problem was the 5V rail as we tested with meters and found that nothing would come from the 5V rail anywhere on the Rio. What can we do about getting this device fixed? We are currently dead in the water as we don't have any spares.

My name is Jessica, I'm with NI. Can you try removing the SD card, inspecting the slot for metal shards (maybe hold upside down and shake vigorously, and use canned air to clean it if possible), then re-seat the card to make sure it hasn't come unseated?

Do any of the LEDs turn on?

We had the exact same problem!  We took it apart - no metal!
