Solid Red Power Light on RoboRio 1.0, cannot connect

Hello! We were working on our robot and wanted to test, but the Driver Station was showing red for communication and robot code. When we looked at our RoboRio 1.0, the power LED was solid red. We then opened the RoboRio up and cleaned it with a vacuum, a soft-bristle bottle brush, and light air pressure. But when we put it back in, the power LED stayed solid red. What recourse do we have? Thank you for any help you can give us.
