Hello,
I am trying to turn a small worm drive with a stepper motor.
I am trying to control a stepper motor (CanaKit Stepper Motor) with an Arduino Uno and a easydriver. I installed everything correctly, and I uploaded LIFA to the board. I booted up the Arduino Stepper Motor.vi example program and connected the system as the diagram below the vi required.
The problem is that it doesn't work. I don't know why. If I upload a sketch to control the stepper motor on its own without using labview, it works, so I assume my hardware is fine.
I would really appreciate some help with this.
Also, I was reading on some forum posts that it is possible to send a packet of infromation to the arduino, (How many steps, how quickly, etc) and that the arduino would carry it out by using some custom code in the LIFA_Base. I was wondering if that would be a better option.
Thanks in advance,
Brian

Hello sir
Have you been able to do the interface with the LIFA?
Hope to hear from you soon

No unfortunately. I went about solving my problem using another method, cutting out the Labview portion.
