Unfortunately there is no evaluation for LabVIEW on Linux. Since licensing is how we enforce the evaluation time period and we don't use licensing on Linux (or any non-Windows platform) we are unable to disable the software after 30 days. You may be able to work something out with your sales representative, though, if you just want to determine whether or not LabVIEW on Linux will work for you.
