I've already done this in another thread, but hey, 10,000 warrants a few more words.

Congratulations Dennis.  Not on the 10,000 posts.  Anyone with free time and energy can reach that (it would be silly, but it's theoretically possible).

Instead, I'd like to congratulate you on your manner of dealing with ALL sorts of questions in this forum.  Your tone seems to be always pleasant, and your advice helpful.  In awkward cases, your advice has been at most persistant, but never annoyed or hostile.  Coupling this to your indisputed knowledge of everything you've answered on and the huge number of posts, it really is an achievement which is very hard to emulate.

So I'd like to request humbly that you continue doing things exactly as you have up until now.  Your advice is valuable to us all, and your participation in these forums is appreciated by everyone who has been graced by your attention.

Great stuff.

Shane.
