Based on this post, I've been able to access many functions to control the Kinect using the Primesense drivers and the OpenNI Interface.
But using this method, there's no way to access the motor, Leds and accelerometer functions.
Here is a method to get it work fully.
First you have to download and install the code laboratories drivers, but for the motor only.

After installation you should have something like this:
Then you can donwload my llb where I wrapped the call to the CLNUIDevice.dll

I tried to open your example but it tells me that labview is unable to access the memory, throw me an error and makes your example not able to start,
