Merging date and time

I have attached a JPEG file .

I am trying to introduce  time  with  an array .

Please help me in inserting the time with the  1 D array .

You can't insert a string to a DBL 1D array. What do you want to do exactly ?

I need to insert the time into the 1 D array . so that the output becomes 

time      s1(data)      s2(data)

55.12    1.234           2.342

55.13     2.342          5.674

55.23     3.654          2.342
