Adding a CML/helper loop module to standard DQMH project

HI Olivier,

Thank you for clarifying.  I apologise for not digesting the article enough to understand the intent of the API.   Once DQMH 7.0 is out of beta I will use it to try out helper loops.  Right now I do not have tight timing requirements, but if they arise I know I can use your API to optimise such timing.

Did you consider utilising a Timed (while) loop with all their built in functionality to obtain "Steady period execution" and "Late execution information" ?.

I try to avoid using Timed Loops in desktop apps. It's not what they were originally designed for, and I've seen enough issues with them that I prefer accomplishing desktop app loop timing through other means (High Resolution Relative Seconds VI for tight stuff, Event Structure Timeout for slower things).
