The Future of DQMH® starts now!

Delacor has gone above and beyond building DQMH®. Now it's time to send their baby to college: From now onwards, the DQMH® Consortium will take care of all things concerning our favourite LabVIEW framework.

Taken from the new DQMH.org website (which we're working on right now):

The DQMH® Consortium is an organization founded by Fabiola De la Cueva to further the mission of the DQMH® Toolkit: To enable teams with different levels of proficiency to develop #LabVIEW™ applications that are readable, maintainable, and scalable.

The mission of the organization is to ensure access to the DQMH® software project and its derivatives. People and businesses may come and go, so it is important to ensure that the source code for these projects will survive beyond the current contributor base, so that we may create a stable framework for LabVIEW™ development for generations to come.

Fabiola invited other esteemed members of the community to start this journey. The founders are Matthias Baudot, Joerg Hampel, Olivier JOURDAN and Luis Orozco. This group, together with the DQMH® Trusted Advisors, will ensure that DQMH® is maintained and continues to evolve.

The DQMH® Consortium is not meant as a money-making enterprise, any income will be fully(!) reinvested into DQMH!

To learn more about us and our mission, please listen to Wired-in Software's DQMH Podcast’s latest episode.

It goes without saying that each member of the consortium is equally stoked, humbled, excited, and many more things, all at the same time! Rest assured that we're very conscious of the responsibility we're accepting with this new endeavour.

Over the next weeks, we will finalise the transition of all things DQMH from Delacor to the DQMH Consortium, so please bear with us while we're getting things done. We'll make sure to do this as transparently as possible, and keep you in the loop. Make sure to follow us on our social media channels on LinkedIn and Twitter so you won't miss out on any good stuff 😉

We'd be happy to answer any questions you might have personally, so don't hesitate to reach out to me or my colleagues, either here on the forums or any other channel you prefer.

Hope to see y'all soon!

Joerg, on behalf of the consortium

The announcement is now over a month old... any idea when v6 will be out?

We have two ears and one mouth so that we can listen twice as much as we speak.

Salut TiTou,

Like you, we can't wait to see DQMH 6.0 available for all the developers!

We are currently testing the Release Candidate, and we are pretty confident that DQMH 6.0 will be released soon.
