If you read my previous post again, and follow the links, you can see that the toolbox is compatible with the given versions. It depends mainly on the used hw what is the minimum sw version requirement.
About the alternative download: I linked you a Free Trial Download of Data Acquisition Toolbox. For this you have to create a profile, and you can begin the download. I don't know better solutions for this, and this question doesn't belongs to this topic. Maybe use google for searching other download sources. Of course if you use other sources I can't guarantee you, that your system will work.
