CRIO not responding

When I try to deploy the programs using labview to the CRIO, I have the message to wait for CRIO to respond, it has been sitting there for about an hour or 2. I have Imaged and Formated the CRIO but still encounter this problem. Help Please.

If you look at the Status LED light on your cRIO, is it blinking, on or off?  The LED blink pattern helps determine what may be wrong with your equipment.

Can you let us know if this LED is blinking?

Thank you for your advice. the CRIO was functioning well, but it appears that the classmate doesn't program to the CRIO so I used my laptop
