How do I quote on mobile?

Can't seem to find a way to quote sections of the post I am replying to.

The quote button also disappears, sometimes reappears on the non mobile browsers, in this case Firefox 68.3 on Win10.

Are you able to upgrade your version of Firefox to see if the issue still persists? I was unable to reproduce this in Firefox 71.0. I understand that this may be a sporadic issue though.
