Is it possible to configure a trigger requiring multiple channels to be true prior to triggering?
I want to look at three encoders, and once all three have reached a certain value, I want to trigger a relay.

You can't configure that in the event trigger directly, for now at least. You can create a boolean formula to create a single boolean channel that you can create an event trigger on.
