I would like to further clarify your question. I believe you are trying to stream data from the 5911 to your computer continuously. On the PC, you would like to use a strip chart to record all of the data acquired? I will try to clarify this process using the 5911. The 5911 was not designed to continuously stream information from the board to the host PC. Typically, you initiate an acquisition on the 5911 and save the acquired data to the onboard memory. After each record is acquired, this data can be transferred to the PC and displayed on a graph using the fetch.vi. If you would like to have more history displayed on your graph, increase the number of samples that you are saving to the onboard memory, and then tran
sfer all of this data to the PC at the end of the acquisition. Please let me know if you need additional clarification.
