Avoid right-click menus if possible [CASE STRUCTURE]
Click in the selector ring of the case structure.
Press Shift-Enter to add a new case.
Press Ctrl-Shift-Enter to duplicate the current case.
Avoid right-click menus if possible [ENUM/RING]
Hold the Ctrl key and click in the enum/ring to start
After typing the first enum/ring string,
press Shift-Enter to create the second string.
Repeat until all items are added
