While im try to add Qt ( https://jksh.github.io/LQBindings/feeds/win_x86/ )link from vi pack manager getting error Info Code: NIPMCommError.

Firstly, please update the NI package Manager, then here i attaching a link for detailed installation of Qt bindings in LabVIEW. Follow these instructions.
