How do I stop Signal Express from booting when I plug in my Agilent 34405A DMM?

Every time I plug my Agilent 34405A DMM into a USB port on my PC, it automatically boots LabVIEW Signal Express.  Where do I access the settings that will make it stop doing this?

easiest way is to remove signal express from your system.
