can 2 computers simultaneously access separate ports on a ENET-232/4

If I buy an NI-ENET-232/4 serial-to-ethernet adapter and plug it into an ethernet hub (or switch), can 2 separate computers on the network simultaneously access the serial ports as long as they don't try to access the same port?
