lm3s8962 elemental io is not available

hi everyone,

i am using a custom made electronic board using LM3S8962. in labview 2009 embedded after creating the new project and selecting the processor type, add new elemental io option is not available in project explorer. however if i select the lm3s8962 evaluation bord i can see the add elemental io in project explorer.

is there a bug in labview 2009?

is there any fix for it?

Hi Dmoradi,

I have seen this happen in LabVIEW 2009 Embedded, when using the Create New ARM Project Wizard. Did you create your project with the Wizard? I've found that creating a blank project and adding the LM3Sxxxx (other) target will show the Add New Elemental I/O option as expected. Also, if you add a second LM3Sxxxx (other) target to the project that was created by the Wizard, then both LM3Sxxxx (other) targets will have the Add New Elemental I/O option. Is that the behavior you see as well?
