Silver Slide Control resize by using edges of border instead of the slide area

The sizing for the other slides uses a similar approach but the two values should be independent, resizing the background and the slide section. 

Yes you can make a type def but just the layout of the silver palette for everything else grabs from the corner of the border.

I think all the silver controls- pretty as they are- need going over with a fine-toothed comb for functionality. Plus, not everything is yet available in Silver....

Certainly, the silver palette has several problems, I have found several problems with the palette "List, Table & Tree".

Silver controls are beautiful and are set as my defaults. But they do have limitations. Kudos.

I've had to do some resizing on silver sliders a few times in the control editor because the frame border didn't play nicely with certain numeric formatting of the scale. It would be nice if they resized like the modern sliders. Kudos.
