I stripped down LIFA and got it working with my DUE, took out IRRemote and AFMotor. My goal here was not to create a permanent solution, just a hack and slash job that would work for my purposes. There are likely bugs but so far the basic stuff I've tried works for me. No guarantees.
One thing that I can already note is that the labview VI for an analog read automatically scales the ADC value to 5V so you'll have to rescale, modify the VI, or write your own if you want it to read correctly.
I'm sure there's more problems, I'd appreciate if you find other bugs that you post them here.
