LabVIEW comm connection

I can up load the Arduino firmware to the Arduino Uno however, when I go to the INIT.VI icon in LabVIEW the VISA Resource

does not show my comm port. I check my Device Driver and it shows the Arduino Driver on comm 6 and working correctly

but I cannot connect the LabVIEW program  to the Arduino board, by the way I have no probems when running the program on the

VISTA operating system, the problem presents itself on the WIN 7 and XP system.

Can you post a screenshot of our issue.

Do you have NI-VISA installed?  Can you see the Arduino COM port in MAX?  Is it possible something else is using your Arduino (for example you must have the Arduino serial monitor closed to use the Arduino in LV)
