The other problem is that, how can save the jpg image with the name "10.jpg" that corresponds to the 10m picture and next "20.jpg"...

Is that possible or is some cruise idea?

You might want to post this as a new thread. It's not really related to this thread.

It is possible to save single frames captured from the webcam via avicap32.dll and rendered in the .NET Container to a .bmp file

as shown here by GriffinRU:

https://forums.ni.com/t5/Example-Program-Drafts/Video-for-Windows-avicap32-dll/ta-p/3491285

But I agree with Wiebe, you'd better start a new thread for your project

Hi toufic,

sorry for the delay. Please see the attached example. With the "get" button you send a signal to copy the current image into a picture control. Example02 is the main vi.

Hope it helps.

Mike

I realise this is 12 year old message, but i have 2 questions:

1. what is the first window? For me it appears green and doesn't change, second works as expected

2. why is captured picture only top left quarter of camera image and not full image?

EDIT:

Nevermind, i read the rest of the thread and got my answer...
