Broken Wire in Express VI

Solved!
Go to solution

I think I may have found a bug in LV's expressVI generation code. The bug concerns rogue broken wires appearing in express VI's backpanels and blocking them from running. Has anyone else encountered this before? Is there a fix?

This is a bug, and I have submitted CAR #478237 to address the problem. For the short term, the easiest way to work around the issue is to show the show the front panel of the express VI, open its block diagram and delete the bad wire. You will need to save the VI as a separate VI. Alternately, you can cut and paste the code into your original block diagram.
