Change XY graph plot color on mouse event

I want to change the colour of the XY graph plot on a mouse event on the graph. As the user clicks a plot that plot point will change colour leaving the rest of them the original colour. I have attached my VIs

Hi PauldePaor, 

I think you may find this proves difficult functionality to implement. First off, you wont be able to change the colours of individual points. The only way to acheive this would be to make each individual point its own plot on the same graph. Please see the image below for an example of implementing this. 

I'm not immedietly aware of any way to select the active plot with the mouse, but I will let you know if I come across anything.
