and here's the other. Since this one was project-style with a .lvlib, and neither of these exististed in 7.1, the downconvert renamed all of the VIs in the library.

Since you indicated you were using it as an example I am assuming you don't need the subVIs, which were not included.

Correct. I know the revision I posted is broken. I just need to open it in 7.1 to see how a couple things are wired. Im doing something similar on another .vi Im working on. I appreciate the help.

Dear all, I have a LabVIEW file in Version 8.5 and would like to convert to Version 8.2 so that I can use on the other computer. Would you please do it for me? I am not able to access the computer with 8.5 anymore....

The "target" subVI is missing.
The code: ummmm... wow.... that code really needs to be redesigned.
