Maybe one last addition to practical work.

The installer will take its time.. If it takes 10 minutes, thats it.

Once you have installed a version on that target machine, most of the time you can upgrade subsequent versions with the exe only.

And one more caveat with installers (at least on Win7). They will check the version number that you specify in the LV build-setup. If it is not increaasing it will refuse to install.
