How to measure ripple(Vpp) in DC power supply

I have 24v DC output power supply.i want measure ripple in output. which c-series module will compatible

for CRIO-9045 controller for this application.

SMPS can produce spikes up to the higher MHz range if not or not correctly filtered. That's why developpers usually use high bandwidth scopes and spectrum analysers to check.

Simply detect a failure or do a qualified measurement?  For the later: load conditions?

300mv Vp-p and 20MHz bandwidth

C Series fastes digitizer modul (I could find) is 9775 with 20MSPS so <10MHz Bandwidth.

And an additional DC blocking capacitor would be needed.

(and I don't know if that would work with your chassis. Call NI?)
